The President of Taiwan Yilan District Court, who serves concurrently as
a judge, supervises all the Court's administrative affairs. The Court has a
Clerical Office headed by a Chief Clerk who assists the President with
administrative affairs and which is divided into Sections for Civil Recording,
Criminal Recording, Juvenile & Domestic Recording, Documents, General
Affairs, Research and Evaluation, Legal Service and also a Judicial Police
Office. Additionally, the Court maintains Offices for Personnel, Accounting,
Statistics, Information and Government Ethics
